Storica Design Studio uses an established design-build process, which makes your renovation an enjoyable experience.

DESIGN PROCESS

  • We will connect via phone when you book your free strategy call and then set up an in-home consultation, where you will share your design ideas, desires and needs. This is the time when you talk and we listen. We will discuss the budget and expectations. This first phase is crucial for the whole process , where we will create an actionable plan for your project.

  • We will draw up the initial design. We put our ideas on paper in the form of pictures, sketches and some finishes. You will receive a clear picture of the budget, flat, custom quote with no hourly fees or surprise invoices. We will ask you to approve the proposal to move forward!

  • This is when the action begins, and you can finally see your dream home come to life.

We take care of every little detail from the first call to the final reveal, and we’re happy to do your home in phases to compliment the pace at which you are comfortable investing in your home.
